Starting my second week of Boot Camp Class. I can definetely feel like I’m improving - except with my push ups - I actually felt weaker today. The 4 hours of sleep I got last night might also have something to do with that so I’m going to cut myself some slack.

I’m feeling pretty sore today, more sore than I was expecting. The boot camp instructor said we still need to do cardio exercise 3-4 times a week. I wasn’t able to run at work yesturday but got out today. Did not pressure myself with the pace at all.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was envisioning having to run through tires, low crawling, climbing walls with lots of yelling. It’s not really like that at all.
