Strength training

Even though I have had to put running on the back burner I am pleased that I have been able to continue the habit of exercise and am committed to fitting it in where I can. I did weights, crunches, lunges and squats while watching tv with kids.

Yoga thwarted

Attempted to do yoga tonight but just couldn’t get through it with my two year old. There is just a point where being climbed all over just gets to be too disruptive. Made up for it by doing weights and strength training while watching Scooby Doo with my older two kids.

I’m getting over a cold. I did my stress release and conditioning yoga video. A great one to do in the evening because it is a little lower intensity and as the name implies it focuses on releasing stress with lots of stretching. I felt great after.
