New Activity

A little background. I swam competitively for 10 years until I graduated from high school. But I haven’t swam since then (over 18 years). My ankle has been aching just a little so I have been taking a break from running the last few days. Now I know that I probably shouldn’t be doing any activity, but after two days of doing nothing I just couldn’t keep away so I decided to go swim some laps. While I haven’t set any specific goals I would like to think a triathalon may be in my future. It felt really good and brought back some memories! A new color for my pie chart!
